Yorkshire holiday let recognised for its customer service

Yorkshire property owners have received the coveted VisitEngland ROSE Award* for an excellent customer-focused approach to their tourism business.

Perfectly situated, directly opposite the village pond, this beautifully appointed romantic getaway has a wood-burning stove and lies within easy reach of several attractions.

Rural Location, Ideal for Golf, Fishing, Metal detecting (which can be arranged on private land), Brough Mainline station is 2.5 miles away and there is a bus service to York 1 mile away.

This superbly restored, former estate property offers excellent terraced holiday accommodation in the heart of the village of Brantingham opposite the village pond and green.

It has fibre optic high speed wi-fi, a feature brick barbecue, a sofa bed (for alternative sleeping only), and an oak staircase, leading to galleried landing and study area with desk and views of the village green.

The property also has underfloor heating throughout, except the bedrooms, and provides a lovely base to explore the area from or simply relax in.

Benefiting from a south-facing garden with built-in barbecue and only a short walk to the village pub and restaurant, you might simply never want to leave the village, but if you do there is plenty to see and do throughout the area including The Deep aquarium at Hull, Burton Constable Hall, York, Castle Howard, Hull Truck Theatre, and Xscape Yorkshire which boasts the country’s biggest real snow slope.
